boil or crockpot 2-3 chicken breasts
shred chicken. In a small flour tortilla add
1/3 chicken
1/3 cheese
1/3 sauce
roll and place in dish, pour remaning sauce over it and add cheese. bake at 350 for 20 minutes....Enjoy!
p.s. i perfer old el paso enchalad sauce in mild.

OOO I'm DEFINATELY making this for dinner tonight! Even though Hubby is working, I think my son and I will enjoy it and even have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I love that I just so happen to have old el paso sauce in my pantry..!
