Creamy potato and bacon soup...

This is always a hit whenever I make it, especially when teamed up with the bread bowl recipe posted 2 weeks ago.....

8 potatoes peeled and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
1 cup shredded cheese
2 table spoons sour cream
a handful of diced chives
1/2 a white onion diced

add everything to crock pot and cook on high 6+ hours
add one package of cooked and crumbled bacon 10 minutes before serving. Top with cheese and chives!
