Hi! I love reading your blog! As I was catching up today, I noticed something on this post I need to mention.
ReplyDeleteThe phrase "not able to have children of their own" is highly offensive. Any child adoptive parents bring into their home is THEIR OWN child. Perhaps what you meant to say is "they are not able to have children naturally or biologically." One of the best ways you can support adoptive couples, besides helping them advertise and network, is to learn and use positive adoption language. Just thought you might like to know. :)
