My 3 yr old loves Egg Salad Sandwiches.... She could eat these all day!
6 eggs: boil eggs fot 10 min on med/high
after there done, chop eggs very finely
2 Tablespoons Mayo
squirt of Mustard
1 or 2 tablespoons Relish
Salt and Pepper
mix all together and serve over bread!
