Crock-pot Lasagna

Easy Crock-pot Lasagna

1 container ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
2 cups graded white cheese
1 or 2 bottles of Ragu sauce
1 package Lasagna noodles

In a large bowl mix ricotta and most of the white cheese along with some black pepper, about 1 tbs. sugar, and garlic powder. Set aside.

In Crock-pot layer about 1 cup sauce, then one layer of noodles, then about 1 cup cheese mixture. Repeat 2 or 3 times. Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1 hour. Top with the rest of the graded white cheese for the last 15 minutes.
