So, on to my photo recipe demonstration
Let's jump right in!
(Note: I decided to use diced chicken thighs on this particular day to switch things up a little and was really flavorful!)

Ingredients pictured, except for butter and extra virgin olive oil |

Add extra virgin olive oil, turn heat to med-high, then add chicken. Cook chicken just short of done. |

Set chicken aside. |

To the same pan add butter and onions to skillet |
Once onions have softened, add minced garlic and blend.

Add the tomato paste. Then blend well. Add flour and blend well while continuing to cook. |

Add chicken stock slowly and whisk well. |

Then add rosemary, once a boil begins. |
Add chicken to pan, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes or until desired thickness.
Add broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking for crispness. Cook rice as directed.
