To add to our "last chance to BBQ week" here is our mashed potatoes recipe we use every Sunday dinner or when we BBQ....
6-8 large russet potatoes, boiled drained and mashed, add
1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese (sharp, mexican blend, colby)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste... we add quite a bit!
Simple, yet delicious!
ps, this serves our family of 2 adults 2 kids, double for larger families
