Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups milk
Mix together all ingredients and cook on a preheated griddle or skillet.
I've made them with chocolate chips with strawberries on top, bananas with organic peanut butter on top, and blueberries. They are delicious!!
