Hi Envy My Cooking Readers! I'm Kristy from Sweet Treats and More and I'm excited to be blog swapping today. You can probably tell {from the name of my blog} I have a thing for sweets. While I do eat my fare share, what I really love is creating sweet treats to share with family and friends. And I love bringing people together with good food!
With the school year coming to an end and summer fast approaching, it means endless graduation parties, barbecues, pool parties, family reunions, and pot lucks are on the horizon. What are you bringing? {because we know it's practically a sin to show up empty-handed}.
How about some Oreo Pudding Cookies N Cream Cookies?
You can never go wrong with big, soft home-made cookies. Especially when they are full of oreo cream flavor and chunks of Cookies N Cream bars. These are a quick and easy cookie to whip up and are so good, they might just knock some socks off! They are definitely a favorite at our house.
Enjoy!
Oreo Pudding Cookies n Cream Cookies
1 cup butter, room temp
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 (4.2 oz) package instant Oreo Pudding mix
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 Hershey's Cookies N Cream Candy Bars broken into small pieces
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour and soda in a small bowl and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in pudding mix until blended, then eggs and vanilla. Add flour and soda mixture. Stir in cookies n cream pieces and chocolate chips. Using a cookie dough scooper, place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before moving to a cooking rack. Store in air-tight container. Makes two dozen.
I love Kristy's blog- so glad to visit yours as well!
