greek spinach melts

Greek Spinach Melts

1 baguette loaf cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 (9 oz) pkg. chopped spinach

1 plum tomato, chopped

1/4 cup onion, diced

1 garlic clove, pressed

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp. dill weed

1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients (except for the bread).

Mix well. Drop mixture onto slices of bread.

Bake 10-12 minutes until heated through.

Serve immediately & enjoy!
