First recipe....


Do you ever feel the need to have cranberry sauce at Christmas dinner to fulfill the old holiday tradition even though you never partake of any? This is a DELICIOUS recipe that will wow guests and keep the tradition going!





CRANBERRY MARSHMALLOW SALAD
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. diced unpeeled tart apples
1/2 c. halved green grapes1/4 tsp salt1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream
1. Grind cranberries in food processor or blender until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Add sugar and marshmallows. Chill, and take a break; you are almost there.
2. Before serving, stir in apples, grapes, salt, and nuts.
3. Fold in whipped cream.
Yields 10-12 servings
