Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Burger

This is one of our favorite sandwiches. It always hits the spot when I make it. Doesn't it look DELISH? Besides looking tasty it is very easy to make!

Ultimate Buffalo Chicken Burger
Makes 6 sandwiches

3 boneless chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
2-3 T. EVOL
1/2 c. flour
1tsp seasoning salt (can be omitted)
1 bottle buffalo wing sauce (I use Texas Pete)
6 soft buns
Ranch and or Blue cheese dressing
Blue cheese crumbles

Directions
Chop onion and celery and toss in a frying pan with EVOL. Cook on low-medium heat while you prepare chicken. Lay a chicken breast between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or put in a baggie. Pound the chicken until it is 1/4 inch thick. Cut in half and set aside while you do this with the other 2 breast. Dredge chicken into flour/seasoning salt mixture. Add chicken on top of veggie mixture. Cook and flip chicken after 5 min. After 5 more minutes add hot sauce to pan. Cover and let cook on medium heat for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve chicken on buns, add some of the veggies, crumbled blue cheese, and Ranch/Blue Cheese dressing and extra hot sauce if needed.
