Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

1/2 C. mayonnaise
3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
7 ounce can chopped green Chile (or 2 4 ounce cans)
1/2 C. sour cream
3/4 C. sharp cheddar cheese
1-2 bunches green onion chopped
2-6 ounce jars or 1-12 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts. Drain and rinse prior to chopping.

Mix in bowl, and cook in pie dish for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly at 375. Goes well with chips and crackers
