One full carrot and one full stick of celery ground in a food processor.
Add one can of canned chicken drained OR two cooked/shredded chicken breasts.
Add 1/3 C. mayonnaise and 3 Tbs. BBQ sauce and a little salt and pepper....
stir well and place on hamburger bun or bread adding lettuce...ENJOY!
p.s. this is a new family favorite and a great way to sneak in veggies:)
